About: The Wild Irishman team are a unique partnership between two men, in their words "...an old guy with 40 years experience of wine growing in Central Otago and the young guy with a modern winemaking degree and vintage experience in two hemispheres." Alan Brady and Brian Shaw are two Irishmen, separated by 50 years in age with a shared passion for Pinot Noir and a deep respect for the soils and environmental influences that delver their grapes.
Wild Irishman wines take you on a journey down the Kawarau and Clutha Rivers, from the cool mountain valley of Gibbston to the dry ‘heart of the desert’ at Bannockburn and the hot alluvial flats of the Alexandra Basin.
Join us for a night of introductions to their stunning new 2022 vintage, as well as a chance to get to know Brian and Alan a little better. Expect unparalleled insight into Central Otago wine growing, Irish humour and exceptional banter from some of the wine industry’s most loved characters.
Inclusions: 1.5 hour tasting and discussion session tasting six Wild Irishman wines, hosted in our cellar door. You'll then wander to our bistro for a delicious two course a la carte dinner with wine matches to follow.

Terms and Conditions
No refund will be made once we have dispatched the wine to you. We do not refund if the wine is faulty after opening. If your order has been packed incorrectly or is not what you paid for please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can repack and send you the correct wine.
Kinross will make every effort to ensure that your wine is shipped to your door quickly and efficiently, and on the above timetable. However, we rely on third parties to undertake delivery, and as such delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you require delivery within time frames less than the above, please send an e-mail to wine@kinross.nz and our team will try our best to complete the order in the time frame requested. This may increase delivery costs, and we will advise you if this is the case.
